Talent Management Analysis
Talent Management Analysis is an intelligent analytical feature integrated into an enterprise Human Resources Information System (HRIS). It leverages a Large Language Model (LLM) with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach to process and analyze employee data stored in the HR platform, enabling smarter workforce insights and decision-making. The system allows HR managers to ask natural language questions about talent data — such as performance trends, turnover risk, and skill gaps — and receive contextual, AI-generated responses grounded in real organizational data. This bridges the gap between raw HR data and actionable talent strategy.
Human Resources
Human Resources is a comprehensive digital platform designed to manage and streamline HR operations within organizations. The system handles the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking, leave management, training and development, and retention analysis — all within a single unified interface. Built with Vue.js on the frontend and Laravel on the backend, the platform empowers HR teams to make data-driven decisions through intuitive dashboards, automated workflows, and detailed analytics. It reduces administrative overhead while improving transparency and employee engagement across the organization.
Knowledge Management System
Knowledge Management System is a distance learning and independent study platform developed for Badiklat Kemhan RI (Defense Ministry Training and Education Center of the Republic of Indonesia). The platform enables instructors to create structured training programs and learning materials, while participants can access and complete them at their own pace from anywhere. The system supports a full e-learning workflow — from course creation and material uploads to learner progress tracking and certification. It promotes a flexible, self-directed learning culture within government institutions, making professional development more accessible and scalable for defense ministry personnel.

Oriens is a productivity-focused CRM platform built to help teams manage projects, tasks, and collaboration more efficiently. It brings together essential business tools — including job management, time tracking, multi-app integrations, workflow automation, and analytical reporting — into a single cohesive workspace. Designed for growing teams and businesses, Oriens streamlines day-to-day operations by reducing context-switching and manual coordination. Its automation features allow teams to set up custom workflows, while the analytics dashboard provides real-time visibility into project health, team performance, and overall business progress.
